1. What this page is for
Rakita (operated by NOMRA L.LC-FZ, Meydan — Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) lets you sign in with third-party providers including Google, Facebook and Apple. If you used one of those providers — or signed up directly — and want us to delete the personal data we hold about you, follow the steps below.
2. What gets deleted
- Your account record: email, display name, password hash, and any registered passkeys.
- Anything we hold from a sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, Apple): the email address and display name on your account, plus the provider identifier where we store one. Google sign-in tokens are never stored in the first place — see Google user data in the Privacy Policy.
- Messages you sent to or received from AI virtuals, and documents you uploaded.
- Connector data linked to your account: Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, marketplace and git-hosting identifiers and tokens.
- For a connected YouTube channel: the stored OAuth tokens, the channel id and title, and the live chat messages held for moderation. Disconnecting the channel in Social Moderator deletes the tokens immediately; moderation data is deleted or refreshed within 30 days in any case.
Some records may be retained where the law requires it, for example billing and tax records. Encrypted backup snapshots may persist for up to 30 days after the live data is deleted, after which they are overwritten.
3. How to request deletion
Email hello@rakita.io from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include:
- the email address (or Google / Facebook email) on the account;
- the organization or workspace name, if you remember it;
- confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted.
We will verify the request comes from the account owner before acting on it, and we will confirm by email once deletion is complete. We respond within 30 days.
If you are an employee, candidate or customer of a Rakita customer — rather than a Rakita account holder yourself — the organization that loaded your data controls it, and we act on their instructions. Contact that organization directly. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will identify the controller and pass the request on.
4. Removing the Rakita app from Facebook
You can also revoke Rakita’s access to your Facebook profile directly from Facebook, which stops any further data flow from Facebook to us:
- Open Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Rakita in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove.
Removing the app from Facebook does not delete the data already held by Rakita — for that, email us as described above.
5. Removing access from Google
To revoke Rakita’s access to your Google account, visit Google Account → Third-party apps with account access, select Rakita, and click Remove Access. Then email us to delete the data we already hold.
6. Questions
For anything else about data deletion, retention, or your rights under the UAE PDPL, the EU GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK, write to hello@rakita.io. Our Privacy Policy covers the broader picture, and Your Data Rights explains each right in detail.
